Your name and number are dye sublimated directly into the material as part of the jacket design — not added afterwards using vinyl or a separate transfer.

This gives your NeuroMX jacket a professional, customised finish built into the design.

Jacket Sizing

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

The jacket has a relaxed fit. If you plan to wear body armour underneath, please consider going up a size.

If you're unsure about sizing, we recommend considering the next size up.

Because every jacket is custom-made to order, jackets cannot be refunded or exchanged whether personalisation is added or not.

This softshell motocross jacket is custom-made specifically for your order.

Please allow 15–25 working days for dispatch.

Your jacket may enter production within a few hours of ordering. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Please allow additional time during busy periods including sales, Black Friday and Christmas.

Important Information

Due to the inks and heat processes used during dye sublimation, occasional small print marks or blemishes may occur.

Product colours, print positioning and the final finish may vary slightly from illustrations or images displayed on screen.

All personalisation must use English letters A–Z and numbers 0–9.

Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made and personalised products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where your statutory rights apply.
